Dollar Dazzler is a Limited IBC company registered in Belize under registration number 93199. The Dollar Dazzler website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, which takes effect from the date and time of first use.

Throughout this document the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Dollar Dazzler Company and the terms “member”,“you” and “your” refer to you, the user.

The names, images and logos identifying the Dollar Dazzler are proprietary marks of Dollar Dazzler. Copying our logos and/or any other third party logos accessed via this website is not permitted without prior approval from the relevant copyright owner.

Requests for permission to use our graphics should be sent via a message management@dollardazzler.biz. Tell us how and why you wish to use our logo(s) and/or images. Please include your Username.

Membership in Dollar Dazzler is free of charge. You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your country to join. You are allowed to activate one Dollar Dazzler membership. To start generating commissions, you will have to purchase at least one article. The cost of an article is only one U.S. Dollar.

When buying an article, you are also activating a Dazzler Staircase, and if you purchase multiple articles, the system will activate multiple Dazzler Staircases in your name.

Before you can order an article, you must deposit funds into your virtual Dazzler Bank. Once your deposit shows up in your Dazzler Bank Account, you may use the funds for purchasing articles.Depending on the payment method you select, the minimum amount you may deposit to top up your Dollar Dazzler Bank Account is $1 and the maximum amount is $2500 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Dollar Dazzler supports a large variety of payment methods to top up your Dazzler Bank and the majority of these methods are so called “instant” payment methods. In other words, within a few seconds after your payment has been processed, the funds will show up in your virtual Dazzler Bank Account.

However, Dollar Dazzler also supports methods where the payment will have to be manually processed by a Dollar Dazzler administrator. If you opt to use a payment method where delivery of the payment constitutes a "promise to pay" (such as is the case with a payment by check, cash by mail, bank wire, or direct debit of your checking or savings account, or a payment made via a transaction service allowing payment reversal like those involving a mobile phone, debit or credit card), we expect the payment within 4 weeks. If your promised payment does not clear or is uncollectible, refused or not honored by your bank, or you reverse your payment, then your access to Dollar Dazzler membership may be suspended immediately.

All such actions shall result in and be subject to a $50 reactivation fee, and your account will remain inaccessible until said fee and all associated bad debts are paid to Dollar Dazzler. Reactivation fees are levied per instance of un-cleared, non-sufficient funds (NSF), stopped, charged-back, or reversed payments.

You agree you will also pay this reactivation fee should you submit false or incorrect checking or savings account information resulting in Dollar Dazzler being charged a bank fee for submitting a direct debit that is not honored by your bank. Any charge levied by a bank against your or another bank account as a result of your submitting incorrect, invalid, or fraudulent bank information is your responsibility to pay and Dollar Dazzler shall not be held liable for such charges.

You will be liable for all attorney and collection fees arising from our efforts to collect any unpaid balance on your account(s) resulting from your failure to honor your promise to pay. If your usage fees for the site or service are billed to your credit card or your bank checking account, and Dollar Dazzler is informed by the issuing bank that your account information is invalid or no longer active, your account on a provider's service may be deactivated immediately. In order to prevent any such deactivation, or to reactivate your account, you must contact Dollar Dazzler at admin@dollardazzler.biz and provide valid information.

The first Dazzler Staircase to be climbed is the Dollar Staircase. After reaching the Dollar Dazzler Platform, you will earn a $10 commission, while your personal sponsor will receive a $1 bonus.

As soon as you have reached the Dollar Platform, completing 31 steps, you will climb the Dollar Dazzler Staircase again. The system will automatically place you back at the Start Platform. At the same time, you will also take the first step towards the Dizzy Platform.

This maneuver may repeat itself up to 297,910 times, generating commissions for you over and over, with a maximum potential of $297,910 and a maximum bonus potential of $29,791 for your personal sponsor.

Reaching the Dollar Platform generates steps up your Dizzy Staircase. After reaching the Dizzy Platform, you will earn a $100 commission, while your personal sponsor will receive a $10 bonus.

After reaching the Dizzy Platform, completing 31 steps, you will again climb the Dizzy Staircase. Simultaneously, you will also take the first step towards the Dynamite Platform.

This maneuver may repeat itself up to 961 times, generating commissions for you over and over, with a maximum potential of $96,100 and a maximum bonus potential of $9,610 for your personal sponsor.

Reaching the peak of the Dizzy Platform is generating steps up your Dynamite Staircase. After reaching the Dynamite Platform, you will earn a $1,000 commission, while your personal sponsor will receive a $100 bonus.

As soon as you have reached the Dynamite Platform, completing 31 steps, you will again climb the Dynamite Dazzler.Simultaneously, you will also take the first step towards the Demolition Platform.

This maneuver may repeat itself up to 31 times, generating commissions for you over and over, with a maximum potential of $31,000, and a maximum bonus potential of $3,100 for your personal sponsor.

The Demolition Staircase is the last to be climbed. After you have reached the top, taking 31 steps, you will receive a commission of $20,000 and your sponsor will receive a bonus of $2,000.

This completes your four climbs all the way to the Peak, and during this scramble you will have picked up a total amount in commissions of $445,010.

With the purchase of your first article, you start climbing the Dazzler Staircases. Purchasing more articles will bring you higher, but you may also be stepping upwards when your teammates, upline and downline members purchase articles.

The total amount you may generate from one single Dazzler, as stated above, is $445,010. You may purchase thousands of articles, activating a similar number of Dazzlers, each with the potential to provide you with $445,010 in earnings.

If you would like to withdraw your earnings, you will first have to order a debit card from us. Earnings can then be withdrawn to this debit card. All members may withdraw up to $50 per day without an obligation to verify their identity. If you need to withdraw a higher amount per day, you need to comply with standard KYC Regulations and get “verified” status.

Fortunately, the procedure is very simple and basic, just answer a few questions, give us a clear copy of a valid government ID and a clear copy of a recent utility bill and voila, you’re good to get money into your hands. The required documentation form is easy to download, but if this is not possible, we suggest you go to a copy shop or business services store and ask them to scan the documents and save them to your USB stick (aka “thumb drive” or “mini secondary storage unit”). Then bring the USB stick home to your computer, and transfer the files from the thumb drive to your hard drive, and upload them to our system from there.

Commissions and bonuses will be deposited into your virtual Dazzler Bank, provided by the company. When you have at least an amount of $50 in your Dazzler Bank, you may withdraw the funds via our prepaid debit card.

If you live in the USA, the onetime price of the prepaid debit card is $14.95, and it is $19.95 if you live outside the USA. This amount shall be deducted from your first withdrawal. If you already own a Payoneer debit card, you do not have to purchase another card, but you still may.

If you buy one of more of our articles, you're legally obligated to, or “stuck with” (depending on your perspective) our terms and conditions. You should NOT buy our content products if you have any problem with that, because once you are a customer, there's no turning back -- you are bound by our terms and conditions as stated herein at present, or however they might be modified in the future.
